The Development and Management Team driving WWT Visions and Projects consists of exceptional individuals, uniquely qualified and well versed in the Technical and Business fields of Renewable Energy generation.  These skills include expertise in Technical design and innovation, Engineering R&D, Business Development and Management.

Executive Board

Marek Sredzki, CEO, Founder
Marek Sredzki is a Mechanical Engineer, experienced Business Executive and Entrepreneur.  He has 30 years of broad experience in the Energy sectors with practice in Technology distribution, Marketing and Negotiations of large Projects for International Corporations.  In recent years, Mr. Sredzki has successfully changed his focus to support innovative and upwardly mobile companies in the creative British Columbia Technological sector.  He currently serves as a Director with a number of organizations and is regularly engaged as a Management Consultant in the Development of Strategic Planning and Early Stage Execution.  Mr. Sredzki carries the experience and strong skills in Corporate Governance as well as the practical realities of developing businesses in today’s market.

Lodewyk Botha, CTO, Founder
Lodewyk Botha is an Electrical Engineer (B.Sc.), MBA, Government Certificate of Competence (Factories), etc. with vast experience in all the disciplines of Engineering, Production and Management.  He has further gained extensive experience in the whole Sub Equatorial Africa where he was involved with Business and Technical Consulting, Import and Export, and many more to dovetail with the different Cultures.  During his over 30 years experience, Mr. Botha has always entertained his passion for Innovations and Patent development, and that culminated in the latest Patent and Design for Large Scale Renewable Energy Generation where he decided to Design around the Potential Energy, thus radically differing from the traditional approaches to the Harvesting of Kinetic Energy in Currents.

Grace Sredzki, AM
Grace Sredzki is an Engineer (M.Sc.) with Master’s in Environmental field.  She has 15 years experience in Environmental Analysis, Research and Application Engineering.  Ms. Sredzki experience also lies in the Industrial Product Distribution Sector, specifically in Management and Marketing support to Development & Manufacturing Companies.
